Role description

Experience with enterprisewide initiatives comfort in executive stakeholder communication technical and business fluency strong performance reporting skillset Agile proficiency

Program oversight business liaison JIRA management requirements documentation triage coordination governance management KPT tracking

Collaborate with business leaders clients technology teams and executive sponsors

Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews

Communicate program status risks issues and mitigation plans effectively

Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive engagement

Ensure delivery excellence across Agile Waterfall or Hybrid project environments

Monitor resource allocation capacity planning and delivery timelines

Drive crossfunctional coordination among development QA infrastructure security and business teams

Oversee vendor and thirdparty engagements
