Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC onsite
Job Type- Contract
Key Responsibilities:- Program Leadership: Lead the successful migration of Hyland Alfresco, ensuring alignment with business objectives, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and compliance requirements (e.g., WORM lock, Client).
- Executive Communication: Create and deliver concise, data-driven executive summaries and status updates. Lead weekly governance meetings and represent the program in senior leadership forums.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues, including managing vendor accountability and cross-team dependencies.
- Performance & Stability Oversight: Partner with technical leads and vendors to validate system performance, scalability, and resiliency. Oversee remediation activities and ensure production readiness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT risk, legal, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Change Management: Coordinate change approvals and ensure readiness for go-lives, including contingency planning for unsupported storage scenarios.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all program documentation, including service level agreements and technical assessments, are complete and audit-ready.
Qualifications:- Experience: 7+ years in program or project management, preferably in enterprise IT or digital transformation.
- Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of document management systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., Client, WORM) is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
