Description
Join our team as a Program Manager in a strategic role based in Chicago, IL. 
This contract position involves leading complex business transformation programs, including technology integrations. 
You will be responsible for strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans and roadmaps.
Drive consolidation strategies for systems integration.
Establish and manage program governance frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional project streams to maintain alignment.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.

Qualifications
8 years of IT experience, with 5 years in senior-level Program Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in Agile-at-scale environments.
Advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
