Job Location: Chicago, IL(Onsite)

Joining Mode: Contract

• Excellent communication skills
• Monitor and track multiple projects/programs working with project managers
• Local in Chicago - 3 days a week
• Prepare and present executive level presentation
• Prepare AFE/Budget planning
• Help in executing SoWs

Although, this Program Manager will not have access to SoWs in FG, they will be deeply involved in budget planning for entire portfolio.

This will be an excellent opportunity to get 100% visibility of Contact center portfolio.
