Program Manager

Position Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple related projects to ensure they collectively deliver strategic business outcomes. This role focuses on program‑level planning, cross‑functional coordination, risk and dependency management, and executive‑level communication to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs consisting of multiple interdependent projects
• Align program objectives, scope, timelines, and outcomes to business strategy
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to manage dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program‑level risks, issues, and constraints
• Establish and maintain program governance, cadence, and standardized delivery processes
• Provide clear program status, financials, and risk visibility to senior leadership
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure delivery quality and consistency
• Manage vendors and external partners as applicable

• Expertise in program planning, scheduling, and execution
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive‑level reporting skills
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives
• Familiarity with formal project/program management methodologies and tools
• Must have PMP
