The HCP360 Orchestration Engine is a multi-year enterprise transformation program designed to enable personalized, insight-led customer engagement at scale across *** U.S. portfolio.

Role Summary
The Program Manager will drive program planning, governance, delivery execution, and cross-functional alignment across six coordinated workstreamsData, Behavioral Insights, Data Science & Decision Engine, IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel/Field Activation.

Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Governance: Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Data, IT, Marketing, Insights, and Omnichannel workstreams.
Meeting Facilitation: Lead program meetings, create agendas, track decisions, and ensure accountability.
Program Execution: Maintain the roadmap, ensure workstream alignment, manage dependencies.
Communication & Change Management: Deliver clear updates, support adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications:
7 years of program or project management experience, preferably in pharma/biotech.
Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influencing skills.
Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through.
Comfort working with data, analytics, AI/ML or omnichannel programs.
