Serve as the central coordinator across approximately 16 stakeholder groups, including PW, Workplace (Tech, Business, Analytics), and Martech.
Consolidate and manage roadmaps from each team to ensure alignment, visibility, and follow-through across workstreams.
Maintain a concise one-page executive status update client leadership, highlighting progress, milestones, dependencies, and decisions required.
Own RAID tracking across the program, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution/escalation.
Work closely with the scrum team to support day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and ensure program activities stay on track.
Support model testing efforts, including validation of whether the model is selecting Workplace offers correctly, with focus on the subset of 5 out of 30+ offers.
Act as the master coordinator who keeps stakeholders aligned, facilitates communication, and helps translate technical progress into clear program status.
