The services You will provide the Client project team: As a Program Manager Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project execution to ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
 
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the implementation of the Brokerage Cash Analytics platform for a large wealth management client. The Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between client business stakeholders, platform vendor, and the delivery team to ensure successful onboarding, data integration, testing, and adoption of the solution.
This role is responsible for translating business needs into an actionable implementation backlog, prioritizing integration and data onboarding activities, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness. The Product Owner will ensure that required financial, operational, and reference data is delivered to the vendor accurately and on time, enabling meaningful analytics and business insights for client stakeholders.
 
What You Will Be Doing
•Own and manage the implementation backlog for the Brokerage Cash Analytics program, prioritizing workstreams related to data onboarding, integrations, testing, and production readiness
•Partner with client business stakeholders, vendors, technology teams, security, and infrastructure teams to define implementation priorities and ensure successful solution delivery
•Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data integration, reporting, security, and operational readiness activities
•Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to brokerage cash analytics, financial data, reporting, and business processes
•Drive requirements clarification and decision-making across business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, dependencies, and implementation timelines
•Coordinate delivery of required financial, operational, customer, and reference data, ensuring completeness, quality, and alignment with vendor specifications
•Work closely with client data, architecture, and engineering teams to prioritize integration activities, data mapping, and issue resolution throughout implementation
•Partner with implementation teams to understand onboarding requirements, coordinate deliverables, and manage dependencies
•Lead backlog refinement sessions and maintain a prioritized, implementation-ready backlog that supports Sprint and Program Increment objectives
•Define acceptance criteria and business validation requirements for integration, data quality, analytics, reporting, and security-related deliverables
•Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business scenarios are validated and defects are appropriately prioritized and resolved
•Partner with business users to validate analytics, dashboards, and business insights against expected financial outcomes
•Coordinate implementation readiness activities, including production deployment planning, business readiness, operational support, and transition to steady-state operations
•Support implementation of identity and access management capabilities, including Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, and related security requirements in partnership with enterprise security teams
•Track implementation risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while providing transparent status reporting to program leadership and client stakeholders
•Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned, user feedback, and implementation outcomes into backlog prioritization and future releases
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
•5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead supporting enterprise technology implementations
•Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or vendor package implementations involving system integrations and cross-functional delivery teams
