Project Leader
As a Project Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Technology Directors, Product Managers, Portfolio Owners, and senior leaders supporting a large-scale ERP transformation program. This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex, high-impact Source-to-Pay (S2P) modernization initiatives. You will leverage strong leadership, business, and technology expertise to drive execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across Source-to-Pay (S2P) workstream
You will partner with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while delivering measurable business value at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple releases within the S2P workstream, including system integrations, milestones, risks, metrics, and executive-level status reporting within a Source-to-Pay modernization program transitioning from disparate platforms to Coupa and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple Agile teams while managing cross-workstream dependencies and delivery risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Technology leadership by facilitating clear communication, driving alignment, and enabling informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Business, Product Management, Quality Assurance, User Experience, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering teams.
• Promote and enforce best practices in project delivery, governance, tooling, and operational processes.
• Influence stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority to ensure alignment with program roadmaps, milestones, and objectives.
• Manage workstream budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and tracking to support successful program execution.
• Drive accountability, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement across assigned workstreams.
• Lead cross-product, cross-portfolio, and cross-program collaboration to address dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and best-practice adoption across teams and programs.
• Develop and execute onboarding plans for new team members, ensuring rapid productivity through effective access, training, and stakeholder connections.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology projects or programs.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Leadership, Engineering Leadership, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of one or more enterprise platforms, including Coupa, PeopleSoft, or similar solutions.
• Experience with application modernization, system migrations, data conversions, and data migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence technical, business, and product stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Agile certification preferred.
