Program Manager

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Program Manager for their Coppell, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex programs and initiatives across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial organizations.
• Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.
• Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Performs related duties as assigned by management.

• Years of Experience: 18.00 Years of Experience
• 12+ Years overall exp with 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience.
• Top skills:
• Program Management ,enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth
• Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience is strongly preferred.
