Program Manager - Cyber

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager- Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.






The role of the Program Manager- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within.






Minimum Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

+ Experience with cyber defense

+ 10+ years of experience

+ At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.

+ Exceptional communication skills.

+ Ability to engage with customers at all levels.






Preferred Qualifications:



+ Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are: Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations

+ Experience within the NRO and mission partners

+ Experience with cyber defense

+ Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives






Security Clearance Requirements:



+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph






Physical Requirements:



+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.

+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.

+ Must be able to travel.
