Job Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within the organization to ensure they align with business goals and deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
