    Program Manager – Data Center Electrical & Instrumentation

    Houston or Odessa, TX | Full-time

    \n

    A leading construction and infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead data center electrical and instrumentation projects. You’ll direct mission-critical E&I work from preconstruction through energization, commissioning, and turnover — owning safety, schedule, cost, and quality across a portfolio of fast-track projects.

    What You’ll Do

    \n


    \n

    • Own safety, schedule, cost, margin, and client satisfaction across your project portfolio

    \n

    • Lead teams through installation, energization, testing, commissioning, and turnover of mission-critical systems

    \n

    • Oversee medium/low-voltage distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and related critical infrastructure

    \n

    • Manage long-lead procurement and schedule-critical equipment strategy

    \n

    • Drive weekly project health reviews and lead recovery planning when milestones are at risk

    \n

    • Coach and develop project managers, superintendents, and project controls staff

    \n


    \n

    What You Bring

    \n


    \n

    • 5–7 years of direct data center construction experience with progressive leadership responsibility

    \n

    • Working knowledge of mission-critical electrical infrastructure and commissioning processes

    \n

    • Strong project controls background: CPM scheduling, cost-to-complete, and change management

    \n

    • Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, one-lines, and test scripts

    \n

    • Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills

    \n

    • Based in Houston or Odessa, TX, with regular travel to project sites

    \n

    Preferred

    \n


    \n

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    \n

    • Hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, cloud, or AI/HPC data center experience

    \n

    • PMP, electrical license, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or commissioning credentials
