Provides overall contract management and strategic oversight for the task order. Serves as primary interface with Government COR/PO, ensuring alignment with USBP Intelligence Division objectives, timelines, and budget. Representative Duties:1. Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all contract tasks.2. Manage schedule, risk, communications, and quality across the project.3. Coordinate with Government stakeholders on priorities, performance metrics, and reporting.4. Oversee staffing, work assignment, and performance of contractor team.5. Ensure compliance with contract terms, DHS/CBP policies, and applicable laws/regulations. Minimum Quals: 1. 8+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years leadingfederal programs.2. Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on complexanalytical/technical efforts.3. Experience supporting DHS/CBP or law enforcement/intelligence programs (orsimilar).4. Project/program management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) preferred.5. Ability to obtain and maintain required CBP/DHS security clearance.
