Program Manager - Banking
Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives for a leading banking customer. Strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership is required. Banking or financial services experience is mandatory, with excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
