Sunshine Community Health Center (SCHC) is excited to welcome a Program Manager to help develop and operate the Denali Family Medicine Residency Program in rural Alaska. This is a unique opportunity to support a mission-driven residency program from the ground up and help strengthen the future of family medicine in rural communities.
Working closely with the Program Director, the Program Manager will turn program priorities into reliable systems, clear documentation, and smooth day-to-day coordination across accreditation, recruitment, resident operations, faculty support, and training partnerships. SCHC has submitted its application for ACGME Sponsoring Institution accreditation. This role will help carry the residency from development and program accreditation through launch and ongoing operations.
Role at a Glance
Reports to Program Director Commitment Full-time, 1.0 FTE Location Primarily on site at SCHC, with travel to affiliated training locations in the Mat-Su Borough as program needs require Compensation Up to $125,600 annually, based on qualifications and experience

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Director and a committed team to continue developing the program. You will bring structure, follow-through, and thoughtful coordination to a growing residency program. Responsibilities include:
