Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects.

Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal.

Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met.

Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics.

Identifies and monitors areas of risk.

Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.

Manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.

Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

This is a Program Manager / Product Manager role supporting Demand Side Management (DSM) programs for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers. The contractor will manage the end‐to‐end lifecycle of an assigned DSM product, ensuring the product meets its filed regulatory goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Day‐to‐day management of a DSM product (e.g., lighting)

Forecasting and budgeting to meet filed goals

Managing program rules and regulatory requirements

Working with trade partners, vendors, and internal sales teams

Moving projects through Salesforce (CRM)

Ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and program documentation

Supporting testimony and filings (e.g., Texas filing mentioned)

The "product” is not a physical product; it is a regulated utility program that incentivizes customers to adopt energy‐efficient technologies.
