Your impact
At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by delivering innovative solutions that improve communities and quality of life. As the Program Manager-Deputy Director for our client's Construction Management Department (CMD), you'll play a key leadership role in planning and delivering complex community facility programs across Florida, including healthcare, education, administration, recreation, and operational support facilities that serve growing populations.
In this role, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from capital planning and budgeting through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and Jacobs subject matter experts, you'll drive successful program delivery by maintaining alignment on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance requirements while supporting strategic decision-making and long-term infrastructure investment.

275,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $275,000.00 to $330,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
