Job Details: Title: Program Manager – Enterprise IntegrationLocation: Chicago, IL - onsiteType: 12 months ContractDescription:Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Client's Enterprise Integration initiatives, driving delivery of cloud modernization and integration programs across multiple cross-functional teams. The role will manage program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery of API, microservices, and cloud integration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across business and technology teams.
- Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive governance.
- Coordinate architecture, development, infrastructure, QA, Consumer and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive executive communication, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.
- Partner with architects and engineering teams delivering Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, cloud migration, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering large enterprise technology programs.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering cloud transformation, enterprise integration, API, and microservices programs.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, TIBCO modernization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is highly preferred.
- Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries is preferred.
