    The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager, Entrepreneurship and Innovation to lead the end-to-end delivery of impactful startup support pathways, pre-accelerator programs and innovation challenges.

In this pivotal role, you will design, manage and facilitate engaging workshops rooted in design thinking and startup methodologies for diverse audiences. You'll work closely with key internal stakeholders and the broader Victorian startup ecosystem, building powerful partnerships, managing vendor contracts and driving projects that create real-world career impact. From initial scoping and budget management to risk mitigation and post-implementation reviews, you will own the project lifecycle and serve as a trusted expert on innovation initiatives.

You excel at project management, change strategy and financial oversight, with a proven track record of managing complex deliverables within budget and on schedule. Beyond your technical project skills, you are an exceptional communicator, networker and facilitator who thrives when turning ambitious ideas into structured, high-impact learning experiences.
