Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal operational execution. This role acts as the central coordination point between customers and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Finance.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple complex aerospace manufacturing programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, urgency, accountability, and the ability to drive resolution across departments .

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Manage assigned aerospace manufacturing programs throughout the full program lifecycle .
• Serve as the primary customer contact for schedule, delivery, escalation, and program performance matters .
• Lead internal cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables .
• Monitor program execution against contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations .
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive on-time delivery and
   issue resolution.
• Track and communicate key program metrics including delivery performance, revenue status, margin considerations, risks,
   and recovery plans.
• Identify program risks proactively and develop mitigation and contingency plans .
• Support forecasting activities and assist leadership with operational and financial visibility .
• Review and manage customer purchase orders, contract requirements, and change requests .
• Drive accountability and follow-up actions across functional teams .
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and program execution.
• Assist with customer visits, audits, and business reviews as required .
• Maintain accurate program documentation, status reports, and action item tracking .
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES
• Knowledge of aerospace commercial, defense, government standards and specifications is highly desirable
• Proven history of successful program management with a strong customer focus
• Excellent skills in leadership, decision-making, customer service, issue resolution, organization and prioritization and team
   work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate results, needs, and proactive solutions across functional areas and various levels of management
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Excellent in negotiations and conflict resolution
• High attention to detail
• Experience with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain dynamics
• Experience in working with MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an office and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other PC based office tools
