- Support an Aircraft Interiors Program team.
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to drive program execution and change management.
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned programs, including development, qualification testing, and delivery of certified products.
- Support entry-into-service (EIS) activities for new airline customers.
- Serve as an interface between internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee cross-functional programs by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, IT, quality, finance, supply chain, and business teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Support daily program execution activities, including:
- Schedule performance management
- Customer reviews
- IPT reviews
- Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Decision reviews
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor program documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and business procedures.
- Coordinate closely with production to ensure priorities are met and escalated when necessary.
- Support achievement of financial, technical, and schedule commitments.
- Provide guidance on risk and opportunity management implementation.
- Lead or participate in key program activities, including monthly financial reporting.
- Coordinate customer program reviews and customer visits.
- Lead decision-making activities and apply critical thinking when data is incomplete.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Organize program reviews, meetings, and other business activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and presentations.
- Represent customer needs to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage program scope, budget, risks, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, IT, quality, finance, supply chain, and business functions.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Experience at OEM suppliers leading OEM development programs.
