$70.32/hr Position Summary
Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with internal functional organizations and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Support daily program execution activities, including:
Schedule performance management
Customer reviews
IPT reviews
Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
Decision reviews
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor program documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and business procedures.
Coordinate closely with production to ensure priorities are met and escalated when necessary.
Support achievement of financial, technical, and schedule commitments.
Provide guidance on risk and opportunity management implementation.
Lead or participate in key program activities, including monthly financial reporting.
Coordinate customer program reviews and customer visits.
Lead decision-making activities and apply critical thinking when data is incomplete.
Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain teams to meet customer delivery schedules.
Organize program reviews, meetings, and other business activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and presentations.
Represent customer needs to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage program scope, budget, risks, schedules, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, IT, quality, finance, supply chain, and business functions.
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
Program Management
Project Management
Engineering
Finance
Supply Chain
Prior Program or Project Management experience.
Prior people leadership or management experience.
Experience with financial analysis tools and systems.
Experience leading development programs and transitioning them to production.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
Risk and Opportunity Management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
Experience at OEM suppliers leading OEM development programs.
