The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer programs from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal operational execution. This role acts as the central coordination point between customers and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Finance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES • Manage assigned aerospace manufacturing programs throughout the full program lifecycle . • Serve as the primary customer contact for schedule, delivery, escalation, and program performance matters . • Lead internal cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables . • Monitor program execution against contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, and customer expectations . • Coordinate closely with Operations, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive on-time delivery and issue resolution. • Track and communicate key program metrics including delivery performance, revenue status, margin considerations, risks, and recovery plans. • Identify program risks proactively and develop mitigation and contingency plans . • Support forecasting activities and assist leadership with operational and financial visibility . • Review and manage customer purchase orders, contract requirements, and change requests . • Drive accountability and follow-up actions across functional teams . • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and program execution. • Assist with customer visits, audits, and business reviews as required . • Maintain accurate program documentation, status reports, and action item tracking . • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements . • Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND ABILITIES • Knowledge of aerospace commercial, defense, government standards and specifications is highly desirable • 3+ years proven history of successful program management with strong customer focus • Excellent skills in leadership, decision-making, customer service, issue resolution, organization and prioritization and team work • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate results, needs, and proactive solutions across functional areas and various levels of management • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others • Excellent in negotiations and conflict resolution • High attention to detail • Experience with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain dynamics • Experience in working with MRP/ERP systems • Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an office and manufacturing environment. • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. • Ability to use standard office equipment and computers. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other PC based office tools

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering (WIN), a business of Wipro Enterprises (P) Limited, set up the Aerospace business in 2013 as a solutions provider in Actuators (Cylinder & Piston), Aerostructures, Machining, Sheet Metal, Assembly and Testing. WIN spans over four decades in hydraulics. It is today a diversified business in Aerospace, Water Treatment, Additive Manufacturing and Automation Solutions, in addition to Hydraulics business. It has 14 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across 4 continents and a global workforce of more than 2000 people.
We have leveraged 40 years of precision engineering expertise and domain knowledge of Hydraulics, especially Actuators, to set up the Aerospace business. In 2016, WIN acquired HR Givon (Now known as Wipro Givon), an Israel-headquartered manufacturer of metallic parts and assemblies for the Aerospace industry. Givon was founded in 1970 by Ruth and Haim Givon as a family-owned business, and grown to be Israel’s largest manufacturer of metallic aerostructure parts and assemblies. Wipro Givon operates additional manufacturing site in Everett, WA, less than a mile away from Boeing’s main factory.
Currently, Wipro Aerospace has three manufacturing sites:
India – 68,700 mt² (17 Acres)
Israel – 11,600 mt²
USA – 2,600 mt²
