Introduction
We are seeking a high-autonomy, solution-oriented professional to join the External Events team. This role involves leading the end-to-end production and logistics for a diverse range of programs, ensuring that innovation, quality, and precision are woven into every detail of our event calendar.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years in experiential event production, including marquee activations and high-profile events.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills and transparency in communication.
- Strategically minded with a focus on serving the audience's needs.
- Autonomous and proactive with a self-starter attitude.
- Digitally fluent with expertise in tools like Asana, Slack, and G-Suite.
- Solution-oriented approach with ready-to-go solutions for challenges.
- Proven expertise in production logistics, vendor management, and onsite build/strike coordination.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or automotive organization.
- Background working in a hybrid or remote-sync environment.
- Established vendor relationships in the Austin or Miami markets.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and onsite execution for brand activations of all scales.
- Oversee the lifecycle of event materials, ensuring technical and brand standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fabrication vendors and production partners.
- Maintain high visibility into project status and daily priorities through proactive updates.
- Support the development of scalable internal systems and maintain detailed program documentation.
- Act as a professional face of the company onsite, maintaining a high standard of polish and executive presence.
