Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 Based on Experience and Technical Interview

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead a large-scale Federal IT program supporting mission-critical operations.

This role serves as the senior accountable leader responsible for:

  • Program performance
  • Contract execution
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Workforce management (60+ personnel)
  • Financial oversight
  • Service delivery excellence

You will act as the primary interface with the Government customer, ensuring all contractual, operational, and performance objectives are met or exceeded.

 

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • IT
    • Engineering
    • Business Administration
    • Systems Management
    • Or related field

Experience

  • 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • CMII and ITIL Experience.
    • Configuration management experience possessing a strong understanding of the ITIL framework regarding change and configuration management.
  • Proven experience managing:
    • Federal IT programs
    • Performance-based service contracts
  • Experience with:
    • Budgeting and cost control
    • Risk and opportunity management
    • Strategic planning and execution
  • Experience developing:
    • Business cases
    • Program plans and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification
  • Experience managing:
    • Federal IT operations
    • Cloud environments
    • Cybersecurity programs
    • Enterprise service desks
  • Experience leading:
    • Large, distributed teams
    • Subcontractor ecosystems
  • Experience with:

  • Lead and manage 60+ personnel across multiple teams

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Ensure execution within approved funding levels
  • Develop business cases and support financial planning

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Oversee delivery across:
    • IT operations
    • Enterprise service desk
    • Cloud environments
    • Cybersecurity support
  • Ensure performance-based service delivery standards are met

Risk, Planning & Governance

  • Develop and manage:
    • Program plans and schedules
    • Risk and opportunity documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement across all functional areas

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as primary Government point of contact
