Overview: The Army's Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Services program supports transitioning Service Members' entitlements to transition services and counseling covering matters of education, vocational rehabilitation, and civilian occupation employment assistance.
The TAP Program Manager (PM) is responsible to the Transition Director for the efficient and effective execution of the Transition contract. The Program Manager serves as the overarching leader of the company's employees and will work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative, Government Representatives, and Transition Headquarters Staff to ensure the proper execution of the transition contract. The PM and shall be onsite at Fort Knox, KY Human Resources Command Headquarters, from 0800-1600 Monday thru Friday except on Federal holidays, when executing Government authorized travel, or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
