Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager (Automotive)
Location: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Temporary (Approx. 6 months)
Pay: $30-$40/hr. DOE
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00-5:00

Our client, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking a Program Manager to support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of OEM automotive accessory programs.

This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, manage timelines, monitor risks, and help ensure the successful launch of new products.

To be Considered, Candidates Must Have At Least 2 of the Following:

• Automotive product development experience
• Automotive accessory development experience
• Project management experience
• Experience using Monday.com

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Coordinate activities across engineering, quality, supply chain, marketing, and other teams
• Track project deliverables, risks, and milestone completion
• Prepare status reports and executive-level updates
• Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution
• Support process improvements and project management best practices
• Partner with internal stakeholders and OEM teams to ensure on-time launches

• Bachelor's degree required
