We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager – Operations to oversee and drive key operational initiatives and cross-functional projects. This role will manage timelines, resources, reporting, and communication across multiple internal teams to ensure on-time and effective delivery of operational objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing process improvements, coordinating internal stakeholders, and executing data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Program Manager is responsible for managing Delta’s engagement directly with the Omniverse platform, promoting the solution internally and externally in an effort to engage more aggressively with the customer

  • Develop strong relationships with engineering & PM teams from customer side
  • Manage data uploads to various Teams, Bug tracking, & Sharepoint folders with focus on data continuity & simplification
  • Build and maintain program schedules incorporating differing formats from various internal sources with a focus on integrity of data & high-level options for executive consumption
  • Work across multiple time-zones and language barriers on an execution strategy for each new AI product engagement
  • Establish strong processes and procedures to ensure opportunities can be followed and commoditized

Minimum Qualifications:

This job will require attendance in evening conference calls, sometimes three or four times per week. Please do not apply for this role if you are not able to work on a flexible schedule to cover the requirements.

  • Professional Project Management skills including careful tracking of customer expectations to ensure Delta is on-track or ahead
  • Develop and Maintain Customer relationships
  • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint, ability to learn & utilize customer portal websites
  • Ability and willingness to work with team members of all backgrounds, and to cultivate trusting relationships with those stakeholders in an effort to improve Delta brand perception
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to Delta’s unique and dynamic culture

 

 

Skills Needed for position:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years experience in electronics industry
  • 1+ years of program management experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Recognized organizational skills
  • Ability to work with and influence a large and diverse cross-functional team
  • Possesses the drive and persistence to overcome obstacles are paramount to success in this position

 

Compensation for this role is based off degree and years experience... base salary from 100,000-160,000 with incentive bonus and benefits

Pay Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr. Preferred Qualifications:
