Our client, a Financial company, is looking for a Program Manager - General – Lead for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the operational workstream for a new client rebate remediation initiative from planning through execution
  • Operate independently with limited oversight while driving results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Analyze existing operational processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop, document, and maintain remediation processes, procedures, and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal business teams, operations partners, compliance/risk stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Track remediation progress, key adjustments, dependencies, and operational risks
  • Provide clear, concise, and executive-level reporting to leadership on status, metrics, issues, and recommendations
  • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making across cross-functional teams
  • Ensure operational activities align with documented controls, governance expectations, and client commitments
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading operational remediation, client remediation, or operational transformation initiatives
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies to work efficiently, analyze information, and support business needs
  • Strong ability to work independently and influence outcomes with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional business teams and third-party vendors
  • Excellent process documentation and organizational skills
  • Experience in financial services, rebates, operations, risk, compliance, or client remediation environments preferred
  • Process improvement and operational governance experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and operational tracking capabilities
  • Experience communicating to all levels, including senior leadership
  • Ability to run queries for reporting purposes
