Program Manager - General - Lead

Title: Program Manager
Duration: 9+ months
Location: Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL. Riverwood preferred. 3 days.
Pay Range: $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction

The Program Manager will be part of the Settlement Support Team, delivering ongoing operational support for several high-risk manual processes. This position focuses on identifying and handling legal mail, including liens, levies, garnishments, and court-order holds. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with project management experience to identify, catalog, and action legal mail within a digitized mail database.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 5-10 years of hands-on operations/process experience with document or case processing, cataloging, routing, and actioning items in defined legal mail/process.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
• Direct experience with liens, levies, garnishments, or court orders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify, catalog, and action settlement support legal mail in a digitized mail database.
• Perform keyword searches to identify relevant mail and follow procedural steps to action the mail, which may include placing holds on accounts.
• Manage and move forward with the process, ensuring all legal mail is appropriately processed.
