Description: Manages the day-to-day operations of a small or medium-sized university program or department. May supervise staff employees, student workers, programs or processes.
MQ: Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4-year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

Additional Job Posting Information: Opens mail and completes check deposits. Monitors incoming donations by all means - Check, Credit Card, EFT, Stock, payroll, etc. Performs timely and accurate data entry and updates in CRM in coordination with PM2, PM3. Updates and maintains data in the CRM related to revenue, biographic, and designation records. Responsible for documentation of all updates within the CRM for audit purposes. Utilizes online forms, portals, and applications to access information, prepare data, and manage work. Upkeeps documentation of processes. Submits Journals, Transfer Requests, and Fund Creation Requests. Ensures compliance based on understanding of IRS and State regulations, CASE and institutional standards. Manage and complete receipting as determined by Gift Administration Leadership. Coordinate and manage daily audits of gifts and processes. Coordinate with departments across the university to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Ensure tasks are completed through project management system. Communicates professionally and effectively with colleagues across the System and with donors - phone, email, messaging, and in person. Reviews all transactions, documentation, and general ledger activity for accuracy, and identifies and corrects issues found. Answers calls and emails to the department. Performs reconciliations. Performs other Gift Administration projects as requested.
