Pay Rate: $83.89/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operational execution across a digital product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution across product, engineering, design, and business teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure predictable delivery
• Maintain an integrated view of the product roadmap across initiatives
• Establish and manage operating cadences (quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, status reporting)
• Improve cross-team collaboration, communication, and visibility
• Facilitate alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments
• Strong program management and operational execution skills
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecycles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations

Required Tools & Skills

• Program management tools: Jira, Jira Service Manager, Jira Cloud
• Experience with Confluence
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications(At least one of the following)

• Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments
• Prior experience with large enterprise organizations
• Background in eCommerce

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
