As a Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) Cost Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing the Global Facilities collaborators the data analytics and information necessary to drive their strategic objective. You will need to be actively engaged with Global and Site Facilities teams, Corporate Finance, Central Planning teams, and other cross-functional business partners to manage overall strategic cost programs for Facilities network. You will oversee facilities capital program and business process, and provide continuous support to complex issues and lead to gap closure.
This role requires strong data management background, and ability to translate the complex data into a concise summary and dashboard. You should be a detailed-oriented person, with the capability of providing clear and qualitative data analysis for higher management to support decision making. You should possess a detailed understanding of cost expenditures, and finding opportunities for cost optimization. This role also requires flexibility and the ability to maintain global relationships.
