The person in this role will serve as second-in-command to the HRIS Manager providing operational leadership decision support and continuity of service across all Workday functional areas with primary accountability for Core HCM and Security.Summary of ResponsibilitiesResponsible for process improvements and assisting in the support of various areas in Workday including but not limited to Core HCM Compensation Absence Payroll Talent Performance Management Time Tracking Benefits and IntegrationsServe as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners in service deliveryTest validate and implement Business Process Condition Rule and Eligibility Rule changes in WorkdayWork to meet expected business performance goals by providing a full range of customer serviceParticipate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumenAnalyze design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality ex Report Writer Calculated FieldsIdentify document and mitigate single points of failure within HRIS by establishing backup coverage cross-training and standard operating procedures for critical processesOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of five years of Workday experience or trainingPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience managing high-risk HRIS processes including system security payroll-impacting configurations and business process governanceExperience serving as a backup for HRISWorkday administration in a complex environmentStrong understanding of access controls audit requirements and system risk management Understanding of HR operations and supervisory experience working with employee data managementAbility to lead projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR Payroll Benefits and IT clientsAbility to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients needs and situationStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolutionAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projectsAdvanced Excel skillsHR functional experience preferredSupervisory or Managerial experienceThe salary range for this role is 120000-135000.
