Job Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will execute defined programs for your immediate team in collaboration with your teammates. You will manage well-defined projects under limited guidance and address undefined challenges with minimal support. Utilizing existing protocols, including meetings and project plans, you will monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders. You will identify, collaborate with, and communicate with stakeholders while leveraging foundational knowledge of the program's domain.
Role Responsibilities
• Core Duties: The coordinator will manage project status updates, synchronize tools, monitor risks and issues, and track down project information. They will help ensure that project documentation remains accurate and current.
• Key Attributes: Success in this role requires a candidate who is a self-starter, adaptable, and able to execute tasks independently after receiving instruction. Strong accountability is essential—the coordinator must ensure that tasks are fully closed out and communicate proactively if they encounter gaps in understanding.
• Experience: Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and data center environments is highly preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, logistics, or operations who can demonstrate transferable skills in process management and safety governance are also strong contenders.
Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is not strictly mandatory; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
• Experience Levels: While the role is junior-to-mid-level, experienced candidates will be considered if the role aligns with their goals.
• Tooling: Standard Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) are used. The team also uses Buganizer (comparable to Jira). Proficiency with AI-based productivity tools is beneficial.
• Stakeholders: The coordinator will interact with various cross-functional partners, including logistics, procurement, supply chain, testing teams, and engineering leadership.
• Global Workflow: Regarding peak hours for the global team, it was noted that the schedule is determined on a project-by-project basis rather than fixed hours..
