Product Operations Program Manager – Consumer HardwareDescription:
Summary- Support Sustaining Product Operations for post-launch consumer hardware, including AR/VR and Glasses.
- Consolidate KPIs, analyze operational data, maintain trackers, prepare leadership decks, meeting minutes, and recurring reports.
- Create, track, audit, and reconcile purchase orders (POs) while supporting procurement and operational activities.
- Maintain internal operational systems and tools, including Jira, Workplace/Wiki, incident management tools, and Butterfly notifications.
- Coordinate actions and deliverables across manufacturing operations, commodity/business managers, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build advanced Excel and Google Sheets models and transform unstructured inputs into clear operational reporting.
