- Monitoring and tracking material availability and movement throughout the supply chain process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material tracking reports and spreadsheets.
- Supporting Clear-to-Build (CTB) schedules and ensuring that required materials are available in alignment with production timelines.
- Tracking key supply chain milestones and identifying potential delays or gaps that could impact execution.
- Providing purchase order support, including tracking PO status, quantities, delivery timelines, and related information.
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain updates and resolve operational issues.
- Maintaining data accuracy and ensuring that supply chain information is properly documented and readily available for decision-making.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operational follow-up and execution activities during the period of increased business demand.
The role is expected to be
hands-on and execution-focused, rather than heavily strategic. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously will be important.
