Amazon.com is seeking a Program Manager II to join our Global Logistics Exports team. In this role, you will develop optimized processes for handling export shipments to connected countries. You"ll work on creating a cost-effective, fast delivery service for customers in neighboring countries, managing customs clearance and last-mile delivery.

A day in the life

As a Program Manager in Global Carrier Management, your day typically begins with team meetings where you"ll align on priorities and ongoing projects. Throughout the day, you"ll dive into shipping data analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization in our global logistics network. You"ll spend time collaborating with 3P customs and logistics partners, working to streamline cross-border processes and enhance efficiency. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to developing and presenting process improvement proposals to leadership, while also implementing new shipping solutions to enhance the customer experience. Your role involves regular interaction with 3P carriers and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on global logistics strategies and maintaining strong partnerships across the organization.
