Our client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Manager (II) for their New York, NY location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Independently author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of an advanced program.
  • Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases, include risks/dependencies and provide visibility into program constraints.
  • Effectively build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Optimize program team roles and responsibilities. Manage program escalations in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, targeted by stakeholder type.
  • Represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
  • Develop change management rollout plans including impact analysis in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Monitor progress of change management rollout and resolve misalignments.
  • Independently determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
  • Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations. drive effective program team meetings.
  • Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics. Provide transparency into and rationale for program pivots.
  • Be an AI power user. Help the team automate go-to-market (GTM) processes, external communications, and project management trackers.
  • Lead the coordination and project management for upcoming Grow with Client launches.
  • Examples of similar past launches that you may lead as a PgM include the Client AI Professional Certificate and Client AI for Education Accelerator. Your work will include managing the workbook schedule, tracking milestones, coordinating with cross-functional counterparts to align ahead of launch, facilitating regular syncs across the team, streamlining communication through weekly roundup emails, and managing all documentation, like launch hubs.
  • Own programmatic and operational work streams for the Client AI for Education Accelerator.
  • Drive adoption and identify improvements in processes to streamline onboarding.
  • Your work will include drafting and managing external communications, interfacing with partners, managing an editorial / content calendar, and using AI tools to supercharge our work.
  • Lead collateral and team documentation refreshes, to ensure the information we share externally and internally stays up-to-date and accurate.
