  • Drive execution across multiple projects utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Facilitate program governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact production operations, project schedules, or business objectives.
  • Work directly within manufacturing facilities to understand floor-level processes, operational constraints, and production requirements.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Establish program metrics and KPIs to measure success and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Coordinate system integrations, application deployments, and technology implementations within production environments.
  • Ensure alignment between operational goals, business objectives, and technology initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflows, supply chain interactions, and plant-floor processes.
  • Experience managing technology implementations involving multiple systems, integrations, and stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and organizational change management.
  • Proficiency with Jira, including dashboard creation, reporting, workflow management, and metrics analysis.

PREFERRED:
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, SCADA, Manufacturing Execution Systems, or industrial automation platforms.
  • Background in manufacturing technology modernization, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Experience supporting production facilities, factories, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or executive reporting tools.

About the Company

i

inSync Staffing

We recognize the VMS program management team is our customer and needs to be serviced with integrity, so we built and continue to improve upon our delivery methods as we strive to provide the highest quality service possible. inSync Staffing’s management team recognized ten years ago the inevitable changes to the staffing industry being brought about by technology and the growing trend of Fortune 1000 corporations to outsource management of their contingent workforces to meet compliance and cost control goals. Rather than swim upstream against the changes, inSync Staffing has embraced MSP and VMS programs as our customers, not competitors. We asked program managers how they want to be serviced. The result of their input is that we have structured inSync Staffing as a recruiting and customer service organization, unlike traditional staffing companies who sell directly to the end client. Our delivery model allows us concentrates our resources on how to best supply candidates in a very competitive MSP/VMS program environment.
