Job Overview:
The Program Manager III will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects and programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
