Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead OEM operations teams through development builds and new product ramps.
Plan and execute development builds while collaborating with internal and external teams across the U.S. and Asia.
Manage schedules, manufacturing capacity, material availability, quality issues, and product updates throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive component readiness by ensuring part availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate requirements and schedules effectively with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Planning, Materials, and Global Supply Managers to support successful product launches.
Improve product manufacturability, testability, supply chain responsiveness, and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communications, escalating key issues and presenting resolution options to executive leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related environment.
Experience working directly with engineering teams.
Strong program and project management capabilities.
Demonstrated success driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently present information and recommendations to management.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-35%.
