Job Overview:
Client is seeking a temporary Program Manager to support cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. In this role, you will help coordinate stakeholders, track progress against key milestones, and drive clear communication and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This is a temporary role and is not a full-time position at Meta.

Experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Basic SQL, dashboards experience
- FAANG experience, including the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Incentive program experience (e.g., planning, operations, measurement, or lifecycle management of incentive initiatives)
- Marketing science experience, including familiarity with measurement concepts, experimentation, and data-informed decision making

• - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and status updates

Responsibilities:

• Support program planning and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to align on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Drive program operating rhythms (e.g., status reporting, agendas, meeting notes, action-item tracking) and maintain documentation.
• Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to help translate insights into actionable program recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping implement scalable workflows.

Qualifications:
