As a Program Manager at Google, youll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It"s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Fleet Transition Management (FTM) team"s mission is to steer, shape, and land product transitions into Google fleet at scale, with minimal disruption to capacity delivery by collaborating across cloud supply chain operations, engineering, and Google product areas. FTM team is a part of the Global Infrastructure Group (GIG) that is responsible for driving optimal fulfillment and transforming Googles fleet.
As a NPI Workflow and Process Program Manager, you will be pivotal to the daily operations cadence of our team. You will focus on optimizing deployment and orderability infrastructure, ensuring we land fleet transitions at scale with minimal impact to capacity delivery. This role is responsible for bringing Technical Program Manager (TPgM) best practices and automation tools to team workflows, advocating AI adoption, and maintaining operational to ensure our team"s NPI deliverables are organized, timely, and impactful.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
