Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Location: Houston TX 5 days onsite.

Role Summary
• Strong Technical Acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex systems, integrations, and production environments
• Manufacturing Domain Experience, with a solid understanding of operational workflows, production processes, and floor-level dynamics
• Proven Ability to Lead and Drive Outcomes, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and measurable results
• Clear and Effective Communicator, capable of bridging Technology, Operations, and Engineering, and facilitating discussions with senior leadership
• Hands-On Leadership Experience Executing Complex Transformation Initiatives, with a "boots-on-the-ground” approach and active engagement on the manufacturing floor
• Demonstrated Expertise in Project Delivery, leveraging both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive execution and manage risk
• Experience with Jira, including the ability to design, manage, and generate actionable reporting and insights
