Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Enterprise Human Resources Initiatives Support and Execution: Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of key human resources programs and enterprise-wide initiatives that align with organizational priorities, workforce strategy, and measurable business outcomes.

Scalable Program Adoption & Deployment:Scalable HR frameworks, policies, and cross-functional change management strategies are successfully developed and deployed across stakeholder groups, resulting in high program adoption, enhanced employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Governance & Change Management:Ensure cross-departmental project teams and key stakeholders are effectively aligned, ensuring seamless change adoption, clear communication strategies, and minimal operational disruption within People and Culture and enterprise wide.

Resource & Vendor Optimization:Optimize People Solutions vendor partnerships, technology platforms, and program resources to maximize service delivery, cost efficiency, and utilization.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation:Applicable managed HR programs, initiatives, and operational policies fully adhere to relevant employment laws, internal oversight standards, and regulatory requirements to eliminate institutional risk.

Leadership Team Coordination & Operational Support:Orchestrate People Solutions leadership team’s calendaring for strategic support and governance cadence, and enterprise project roadmaps to optimize leadership capacity, prioritize decision-making, maintain synchronized portfolio and program/project execution.

The Program Manager III is responsible for management of a specific, highly complex program or group of highly complex programs in a specialty/functional area including scheduling and budgeting activities and works in collaboration with leaders to implement the program's objectives in support of identified goals and the continuous improvement process. Responsible for monitoring the program's effectiveness and mobilizing stakeholders in support of continuous improvement to the program. Leads interdepartmental activities ensuring ongoing effective program operation and/or implementation. Responsible for identifying strategic opportunities to enhance or expand the program, developing plans and presenting proposals to management. Manages the process of executing initiatives essential for the success of the program, including communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external. Oversees and leads teams in support of the program's objectives. This level has wide latitude for independent judgment and decision making in executing on the goals of the program.SERIES CONCEPT:A program is a specialized area with specific complex components and discrete tasks which distinguish it from the main body of the organization. There is a defined plan to accomplish a particular objective with elements and scope that distinguish it from the usual scope and responsibilities of a department or functional area. The specialized tasks involve interpretation of policies, procedures and regulations, independent functioning and public contact. A program typically has a long-term focus with an expectation that the plan/program will serve or impact on-going needs or goals. The primary responsibilities and accountabilities are typically transferable from one program to another. The performance of administrative tasks are in support of the individual's performance specific to the program.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven (7) years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
  • Five (5) years experience working on quality and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams; including data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Proven record of leading large project teams through project completion, program planning, execution and status reporting.
  • Demonstrated successful experience working with vendors, consultants and other purchased services.
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts and methods.
  • Experience representing program in management meetings with executive–level program stakeholders.

Required Credentials:

  • NA.

Preferred:

  • Robust knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Masters in Health Administration, business, or health care-related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Awareness of current and emerging trends in project management technologies, techniques, issues and approaches.
  • Experience working in public health, health care or social services.

Compensation Range

$118,174.00 - $177,262.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
