Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with network infrastructure.
  • Experience with data analysis and SQL.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee mass production scheduling, supply constraint mitigation, and integrator capacity planning to align output with firm demand forecasts.
  • Govern hardware quality by managing the process and ensuring execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
  • Orchestrate cross-border logistics, customs lead time planning and rigorous tracking compliance to guarantee on-time deployments.
  • Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating development and early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployments.
  • Lead executive QBRs and multi-party collaborations to resolve supply bottlenecks, leveraging ERP systems (SAP, O9) to optimize operations.
