The company fosters a collaborative culture where technical expertise, creativity, and professional development are valued, creating an environment where employees can grow their careers while making a measurable impact on business success.Job DescriptionManage multiple customer programs simultaneously, ensuring contractual commitments, schedules, budgets, and performance objectives are achieved.Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and execution strategies to successfully deliver program objectives.Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external customers to ensure alignment on expectations, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.Manage program budgets, including labor, materials, travel expenses, and outsourced services.Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and successful execution.Resolve customer concerns and address issues proactively to maintain strong client relationships.Ensure all projects comply with applicable company procedures, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.Oversee project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and contractual requirements are completed accurately.Identify opportunities for additional business, contract expansions, and follow-on work with existing customers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
