Job Description:

  • The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of a global enterprise network modernization program, delivering large-scale transformation across SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless, and supporting network security initiatives.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to a global team of Project Managers while overseeing program delivery across manufacturing facilities, research sites, operational locations, and corporate offices.
  • Drive program governance, execution, financial management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global execution of enterprise network modernization initiatives, ensuring delivery of strategic milestones.
  • Own the integrated program plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and workstream coordination.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, dashboards, Steering Committee materials, and status communications.
  • Present program health, milestone progress, financial performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead planning and execution of migration and cutover activities while minimizing operational disruption and ensuring business continuity.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic delivery partners and vendors.
  • Manage vendor performance, Statements of Work (SOWs), resource planning, commercial commitments, and delivery quality.
  • Ensure vendor activities align with program objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Own program financial management, including operating and capital expenditures, forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, variance analysis, and resource planning.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities while maintaining effective cost management.
  • Lead program risk management by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and escalating delivery risks.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, validation, change management, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, financial metrics, schedule adherence, and risk indicators.
  • Establish governance processes, delivery standards, and continuous improvement practices across the program lifecycle.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT program and project management experience.
  • Proven success leading complex global infrastructure or network transformation programs.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units, geographic regions, and vendors.
  • Experience delivering projects within regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
